the
gardens
or
gardening
done
for
them.
It
is
your

How
can
we
help?
Site
Tour
– On
average, two hours of
walking and talking your site finds solutions.
This is where it
all begins – looking at your land together. Alongside Your Garden
Coach, clients explain what is and what is not working, what ideas they
envisage and how much they see themselves being involved in the
changes. Situations can range from untended wilderness that needs
cultivation to established gardens that would better suit the current
owners with changes.
For
her part, Your
Garden Coach notes issues and when required, records specimens and
photographs various perspectives of the property. On the tour,
suggestions of resources may be discussed.
At
this point, clients have two choices:
1)
Retain
notes
made
during
our
Site
Tour,
pay
the
Coaching
fee
and
continue
on
their
own,
or
2)
Ask
Your
Garden
Coach
to
develop
more
detailed
sketches
and
instructions,
which
leads
to
our
next
level
of
service
–
Garden
Guides.
Garden Guide – Site Tour
+ as needed, notes, designs and sketches.
Based on
notes from the Site Tour and specific client needs, Your Garden Coach
develops designs, sketches,
tasks and supplies for client consideration. Whether the clients will
do the work themselves, ask Your Garden Coach team to source and
install everything, or a combination of both, our Garden Guides are
developed uniquely for each client.
At
this point, contractors for hardscape or large machinery may be
offered for client consideration. Depending on our discussions, the
guide may include an installation agreement, budget and payment
schedule.
Installation/Maintenance
– after
agreeing on a design or redesign, Your Garden Coach team works along
side you or you can watch us make the changes happen. The choice is
yours.
Once the
changes are made, clients often decide to have the Garden
Coach Crew return on a pre-agreed upon schedule to maintain the new
outdoor space. Our maintenance service can include spring opening and
fall closing tasks as well as general maintenance such as weeding and
pruning. Sites are left tidy at the end of each day.
Holiday Garden Care
– Relax!
Existing clients can have our Garden Coach Crew keep an eye on your
gardens while you get away from it all this summer.
Established
clients
of
Your
Garden
Coach can have us tend to their
gardens while they are on holiday. If you would like to return from
your holiday to the gardens, trees and lawns just as you left them
instead of the dried-up state that may have greeted you in the past,
your Garden Coach Crew can be at your service.
Container Gardening
– Need to fill that empty spot in your garden with something that
really stands out? Your Garden Coach can design and create beautiful
containers
to fill the void.
